As we come together to celebrate the National Day of Prayer, let us remember the importance of prayer in our daily lives. Let us also remember that it is through prayer that we can find strength in times of trouble and comfort in times of sorrow. Join us in prayer today and every day, that we may all be blessed with the peace and joy that only comes from God.

Donate to our Charity of Choice for the Day

The Charity of Choice for this year’s Community Prayer Breakfast is Sleep in Heavenly Peace. This organization builds and delivers beds to children in our community who don’t have one of their own to sleep in at night. SHP is in need of donations of new twin-sized bedding (pillows, bedding sets, sheets or comforters) to outfit beds for their upcoming deliveries. A donation drop-off bin will be located in the back of the event room if you would like to participate, or a financial contribution can be made HERE. Donations are voluntary.
